Here are my favorite books:
Fiction: The Black Arrow RL Stevenson,
Non-Fiction: Basic Economics and Advanced Economic, both by Thomas Sowell
Devotional: Rasing Your Children for Christ, Andrew Murray
Humor: A Walk in the Woods, Bill Bryson
Other than The Black Arrow, these are new to me, Dad. Thanks for posting, and I like your Bible question. I think my favorite is Romans; I love the sustained argumentation. (This is Matthew)
Bill, I found myself missing you when I read your list of favorite books. We've got to meet up sometime soon and let you beat me up on the golf course.
fiction: Anne of Green Gables (who knew?!) nonfiction: Between Dancing and Writing: The Practice of Religious Studies devotional: The Cross by Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones humor: A Walk in the Woods (I'm not original)
Book of the Bible...
John. I did a Kay Arthur inductive study on this book with a small group when I was sixteen. It was my first real, in-depth study of God's Word and it had a huge impact on me.
Mike: I would love to play. We both have complex travel schedules the next months, but mayhaps in March. I start the year season on Presidents day in Feb with a drug rep tourney each year. BB

I think my favorites are Ruth (for obvious reasons) and John.
