1 c pineapple
1 avocado
1 banana
3-4 c fresh spinach
Blend first three in blender or food processor. Add spinach and blend to desire consistency. Smoothie will be thick; add pineapple or apple juice to thin. Kid-friendly (Incredible Hulk juice :)
