Coq au Vin

This is the Coq au Vin recipe I keep raving about. I'm making it again this week for some friends coming for dinner. I've been leaving out the bacon and cognac, for reasons of fat and cost, respectively, and it's still divine, especially when served with cornbread stuffing.

  1. Ruthie, that sounds delicious! Do you use your Le Creuset dutch oven to make it? Have you found you really use it a lot? I have had my eye on one for a while. . let me know if you've been pleased with it. And also, you need to post pics of your visit with Bethany! -Annamarie
