Taking After Aunt Emily
I missed getting it on video just now, but Sophie was reading her Ballet School book for her class (she's playing school) and she was just demonstrating the ballet positions for the class as illustrated in the book! She got up to "seventh" and "eighth" positions. It was priceless! I tried to get her to do it again for the camera, but she wasn't having it, as class was moving on. Just had to share the moment with you all!

ReplyDeleteI've alread observed this girl's amazing improvisational skills. And since it looks like she's already taking responsibility for her own training (a necessary step that every serious professional must one day take), I'd say she's well on her way to greatness!
