Emily's Day of Birth

We had a marvelous time celebrating Emily, today. She actually ended up preparing most of her own birthday meal, an elegant Parisian brunch complete with mushroom spinach omelettes, croissants, asparagus, green salad with Parisian dressing (mustard vinagrette) and cafe au lait. When we all shared what we appreciated most about Emily, Benjamin said, "I like her backrubs!" Like father, like son. Lunch was followed by long naps for all then an evening of cooking, blogging, working on Christmas projects, and watching Breach. We love you, Emily!
